Thought the taste of the Injeolmi red bean sulbing might be duller than other more popular yogurt sulbing, but was surprised by the tastiness of this traditional Korean treat with sulbing. The chewy texture of the rice cake, the grassy aroma of the soybean flour and the rich flavor of the read bean paste gave this sulbing a unique subdue and nostalgic taste like no others. Glad they now offered smaller portion for someone who was daunted by the regular portion. Did not know they also have Einspanner coffee (black coffee with sweet cream on top) and sweet veggie buns, sounded like a good match. Btw, they will offer Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) in the coming days. Certainly a good stop after visiting the soon to open Daiso across the street. Sulbing is at The Streets at SouthGlenn, right by the movie theater.

Just visited Sulbing Cafe again and it was just as tasty as I remember. The wait for the Sulbing was short and we ordered through the kiosk machine. They added more items and a new spring seasonal sulbing also just dropped. They also have smaller portioned versions of the sulbing, so it's friendly on your wallet now. The cafe's interior is nice and minimal.

These desserts are probably some of my favorite and the kids love it as well. Compared to some of the other places that are similar, I like that their recipe is a tad bit less sweet so it's not overbearing, but it's still tastes amazing. The mocha coffee that I got here was also extremely rich And way better than Starbucks or something similar. The space they have is extremely clean and well lit. Only slight downside is the parking situation, but otherwise it's one of my favorite places

I am so glad Sulbing opened a location in Colorado! After trying Sulbing in both South Korea and Southern California, I knew I had to stop by. The space is large with many tables, which some customers utilized for studying. The ordering system is through electronic kiosks, which really streamlines the process. The desserts themselves are just like how I remembered them from Korea! The fruits are extremely fresh and pair well with the condensed milk that is served on the side! Sulbing is one of my go to spots for desserts in the area. Definitely stop by if you haven't already!

Sulbing is a dessert cafe chain based in South Korea that focuses mainly on bingsu (Korean style shaved ice) and other Korean style treats. I was extremely excited to find out there was a location in Colorado. We first tried Sulbing when we were in Busan last year and had this amazing bingsu with mango, cheese, apple ice cream, and condensed milk. I was SO obsessed and wished we had tried Sulbing sooner. Imagine my excitement when I saw the same exact flavor available here! MANGO CHEESE. Aaaand guess what? It tasted *almost* just as good. The cheese was a bit different compared to what we had in Korea and I think it just needed more condensed milk, which was an option when ordering, but I figured I'd try it as intended here. The mango and cheese just pair so well together though and I was so happy to have this bingsu again. I also got the mozzarella injeolmi toast and a honey butter bread. The honey butter bread was ok, but it was a bit dry and lackluster. The mozzarella injeolmi toast was surprisingly good though and I really liked the combo of the two. Injeolmi is korean rice cake coated in roasted soybean powder and is nestled between slices of toasted milk bread. I've never had this before and I definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for something different. Overall, I really enjoyed our stop here. Inside is bright, spacious, and hip. Ordering on the touchscreen makes it super easy and no pressure to figure out what you want quickly. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Colorado.

Pretty clean, simple, modern, and cute dessert cafe vibe. The best bingsoo (korean shaved ice) in Colorado. It is a number one bingsoo franchise from S. Korea. Also, good other desserts such as croffle, viral begetable bread including sweet potato buns. Multigrain latte is good too! Strongly recommend for dessert! Self service to order at the monitor stand and pick up when your number from your receipt appears on the order pick up screen. Now they also have mini bingsoo available for solo proportion. limited free street parking. Defenitely my favorite dessert place.

Next to the Movie Theater! The place is HUGE and LOUD!!!! You order it on screen or with the cashier. We got the Mango and Red Bean. Serving looks small but there is a lot for 4 of us!! The ice is shaved like powder so it makes a mess everywhere on the tray when you try to scoop up into your bow. Mango with Yogurt is a new taste. We are use to Taiwanese Mango shave ice so this is bit different. Red bean is perfect with the gummy. Wish they turn down the music a bit!! It was soooo LOUD!!! Will definitely be back!!

Sulbing cafe is a well known franchise in Korea. I came in expecting it to be very similar to those standards - and I was still very happy with my order!!! PROS: -Amazing flavor combinations and taste! -Ample street parking -Ample seating in the store CONS: -These desserts hit your wallet hard. It's hard to come here often due to the price, but a great place to come once in a while.

Hidden gem in the most surprising location right in the heart of Colorado. If you haven't had K-desserts, this will be an absolute treat for you. Quite the newbie I am, fresh to the scene, I can tell you I was very satisfied and my sweet tooth left happy. We tried the Mango Cheese, which basically gives you chunks of cheese cake?! R u Fer reel?! We had a big group with lots of picky people but with the different spread of different desserts, they were able to satisfy all the different pallettes. One think that was super surprising were the "croffles"?!?! Basically if a croissant made love with a waffle, who thinks of this?! Did not try, but apparently they take their coffee Fer Reel, too. Thank you for taking us on this dessert journey!

It's a great hang out spot! Right next to the theater. I can see it having great potential when summer comes. Too bad we only thought of coming after a big lunch, meaning we had absolutely no room for treats other than the shaved ice. So the 6 of us shared 2 bowls and a drink, thinking that's pretty decent. But man, the size is LEGIT! 3 or even 4 people could share one! It is a pricey dessert, however, and the wait time is a bit too long. I worry that they won't be able to take more customers. I'd really like to come back and try the dessert toasts, etc but if they don't speed up that would be a shame.
